Hooray for nostalgia! Here’s the Leisure Council (formerly Fiero) to make your day a little more danceable. These three gentlemen from SoCal have been making remixes and original music for the past two years under the moniker Fiero, but decided to change their name to something that would “parallel their lifestyle better.” Thus, Leisure Council was born. They have more remixes than original works now, but the remixes are solid dance floor hits, taking what you know about a song and running it through a slap-chop to get new sounds and fresh feelings from beloved classics like, “Escapade” by Janet Jackson and, “All Right,” by Christopher Cross. The boys have plans for the future, so keep an eye out for them. In the meantime, enjoy these remixes and the smooth-R&B-sex-bassline of the original track, “Tonight.”
