Thomas Azier – “Metropolitan Tribe”

0 Comments 24 January 2012

Berlin’s Thomas Azier may be releasing his debut EP but it hardly sounds like a first newcomer.  In a day where bedroom production rules the indie scene it’s refreshing to hear a self produced record that doesn’t sound like your listening to someone rehearse in their parent’s basement.  Azier makes shimmering, spacey synthpop as precise as it is creative.  Check out “Metropolitan Tribe” from his Hylas 001 EP and stream the whole thing after the jump.
