Lead singer of indie titans Interpol Paul Banks will release his second solo effort October 23rd via Matador. Banks drops the alter-ego Julian Plenti this time instead simply going by his name. ”The Base”, the first track from Banks, finds Banks has evolved into a formidable alt rock presence himself.
