Mashup Mondays

Here at slapthebass we’re a sucker for a good mashup.  Every Monday we’ll bring you one of our fav’s for your listening pleasure.

I caught Fat Superman’s set not too long ago when he opened for The Hood Internet expecting little more than a filler DJ set before the main event.  I was pleased to be way off.  The Jacksonville, FL based DJ’s collage-style mashups made for a great dance party on their own.  This week we’re featuring his track “Getting Juicy” which, not unlike the rest of his work, samples from a variety of sources.  Check it out below.
