New Fav Tracks

Last year Gil Scott-Heron released the excellent comeback record I’m New Here to critical acclaim.  On February 22nd, Jamie xx (of The xx) will release a remix album consisting of 13 tracks entitled We’re New Here.  On it Jamie reimagines the songs, teaming the legendary poet’s lyrics with his own brand of minimal electronic production.  Listen below to two standout tracks “I’ll Take Care Of U” and “NY is Killing Me” and head HERE to buy the songs and preorder the album.
