LA duo Classixx released this song about a month ago, but it has been on steady repeat in my head. ”Borderline” is the B-side to the single “Holding On” (HERE) but is hardly the lesser. Where as “Hold On” is a full fledged dance song, “Borderline” teeters the, dare I say, borderline between sad and beautiful, upbeat and down-tempo. The track features the distinctive vocal styling of Kisses’ Jesse Kivel.
